On 2016 World Consumer Right's Day, CCTV's annual gala focused on consumer products sold in China that have quality issues. Nine products and companies with quality issues were exposed in the gala.
These include the Nikon D600 camera. Consumers from 8 provinces and cities have reported black spots appearing in pictures clicked with brand new cameras. Staff at the customer service centers dismissed complaints saying they were because of the smoggy weather.
The gala also showed that security vulnerabilities problem of digital smart devices, including smart security camera, on the TV show, there are some hacker is attacking some security cameras which installing at customer’s room, the hacker can get the security camera’s IP easily, and control the camera, like change the camera angle, check the user’s privacy……it’s really a terrible thing, so for our customers should be pay a more closed attention to the camera’s security level.
