There is a saying: Health is the source of revolution.
As foreign trade sales, we sit at the computers whole day to deal with emails and issues for customers, which causes pains in Waist, arms...So more exercise is a must.
There is a welfare in MVTEAM that the company books badminton court for staffs every Friday evening. So playing badminton after work on Fridays becomes a regular ritual for us.
