What the difference between built-in POE and external POE ?

When takling about IP Camera, most people will think of POE. As with POE, power supply not needed, connection easier.
But for POE, excpt this, maybe some people not know much about it.
Here we would like to show you more details.
1- Definition:
POE: means power on Ethernet, that is to say can transfer power supply via network cable.

2- Transmission distance:
It can transfer max 100M.

3- Connection
There are two kinds of POE,one is built-in POE,the other is external POE
